Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, assemble and duty fees. Glorious Cubs reserves the right to modify the retail price of their products at any time, without prior notice. Different currencies are available in the sidebar menu.

Duties and Taxes

All Canadian customers have to pay the sales tax applicable to their province. 

U.S customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order.

We are not responsible for packages where the delivery address was incorrectly provided or where some information were missing. Please review your order confirmation email and advise us of any changes to address immediately. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, we will issue a refund immediately less the full cost (what it actually cost us) of shipping incurred.

Glorious Cubs is not responsible for parcels where a non-tracking method was selected.

We are not responsable for any custom delays, lost or stolen packages. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for some time. Please note that Glorious Cubs is not responsible for such situations and refunds will not be applied. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by Glorious Cubs.


Our Return Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, please email at with your order # and complete name. 

Refunds will be for the original order amount of the product less the shipping cost.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attached. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit back to your account will vary by bank but typically takes about 48 hours.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Glorious Cubs is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Due to sanitary reasons, teething items, swimwear, pacifiers, pacifier cases, pacifier clips and care product doesn’t qualify for return or exchange. All sale items and order placed using a promotional discount code are FINAL SALE.


Pre-ordered items are listed clearly. If ready to ship and pre-ordered items are combined, you can expect your package to ship when all items are in stock and ready to ship. To receive your items as quickly as possible we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items. Pre-ordered items cannot be cancel or edited. 

All pre-order items reference an "Expected Ship Date" which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale.  These dates can and do change.  While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates. In order to provide the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.

*if you’ve already placed an order and are wanting your in-stock items to ship, just send us an email and we’ll invoice you for an additional shipping fee (if applicable).


Product colors presented on the website are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, because the colours displayed vary from one computer monitor to another, Glorious Cubs cannot guarantee that the colors seen on your monitor are identical to the actual product colors.

Discount and sales

Discount codes must be used at time of purchase, may not be applied once an order has been submitted, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and are final sale with no exceptions. All marked down items are final sale with no exceptions. 
Only one code can be applied at a time.
If an item goes on sale, we unfortunately do not offer any price adjustments on previous purchases. 


In the event that a product is listed incorrectly (e.g. price or description) due to a typographical error or other mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may have been placed for such a product listed. If your credit card has already been charged, we shall issue a credit to your card for the full amount of the charge.

Defective or damage items

Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon receipt. Report any damages or defective items by email at All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all items must remain unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attached.


Glorious Cubs will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by signing up for our monthly newsletter and specials.

We do not collect nor store your credit card details on our system and will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
